Overall it was a comfortable stay on vacation. The local staff was reasonably good and patient. Got reasonably large and carpeted room with balcony when arrived, liked that. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, a short walk from old town. The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a very pleasant area. Everything was simply nice.

Great location, really romantic olive garden, staff was helpfull
I think internet access in the rooms (not just at the restaurant terrase) would be great. We also did not like the organisation during the meals, it was chaotic because of the arrangement of the tables.

The breakfast here was really good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I stayed in a standard twin room that had a work desk, multi-channel TV, and a cozy seating area. 😊.

The appartment was very comfortable, with big balcony, bathroom and kitchen corner. The surrounding with old olive trees was also very impressive.
We were not fun of the restaurant kitchen. Internet connection was sometimes not available.

The location near the beach was fantastic, allowing us to easily take a dip in the sea whenever we wanted. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and spacious. the breakfast and dinner offerings were varied and delicious, with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables to choose from.
The main downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms and noise from outside making it sometimes difficult to sleep. the other issue was the limited parking options, with the closest available parking being quite far away from the hotel.

Nice room, after we were moved to the new wing of the hotel. Compensation for staying in an inferior room for 1 night was free lunch and free drinks (a nice gesture).
Hotel was overbooked -- room we were finally allocated was fine, but before then we had to change rooms twice. Table tennis was expensive -- 4 Euros per hour, even though we had our own equipment.
